Mr. Carroll S. Keim, President & CEO

As CEO, Steve has previously led bottled water companies in America and overseas, as well as his own private consulting firm. His expertise is in HOD, marketing and Brand development, and taking small service companies to the next level.

In the HOD business, Mr. Keim has been President and Operating Manager for: (1) Belmont Springs Water Company (for The Coca-Cola Co); (2) Aquarius Water Co., (founder); (3) Sierra Springs Water Company (acquisition for Anjou [Vivendi]); (4) Abita Spring Water Co., (turnaround); and (5) Neverfail (publicly-held Co. in Australia).

His Marketing and Brand Development expertise was developed through 4 years of Brand Management with Procter & Gamble and 2 years as VP, Head of New Product Development for The Coca-Cola Company (Foods Division). During that time he introduced Bacardi Tropical Fruit Mixers and Minute Maid Calcium-added orange juice.

In his own consultancy, over five years, Mr. Keim assisted several small entrepreneurial companies grow from concept to operating businesses to successful sale of the business, both in and outside of the beverage industry.

Most recently, he was the person responsible for building the Primo Water Company infrastructure, and helping get this innovative start-up to the next level.

His current client roles include managing an HOD turnaround, acting as the marketing arm for several beverage startups, and he has been announced as the proposed CEO for a publicly-held company as part of the HEI management consulting contract with them.

He is a former Director and Treasurer of the IBWA, and was Chairman of the International Council (the global bottled water organization), and Chairman of the Australian Bottled Water Association. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Norway Springs, Inc., and PureSafe Water Systems, Inc.

His academic training includes an undergraduate degree in French and Psychology from Wesleyan University, 2 years of post-graduate study in Research Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and 2 years at the Harvard Business School, receiving an MBA with Distinction.
